collection of test waveforms for testing the wavu application.
Tests

- Various aspects of the data
- different amplitudes and time starting points
- different sampling rates and sample resolution
- various jitter values
- Various storage formats
- text: 1 column, 2 column, multiple column
- initial informational/comment lines
- newline/carriage return options
- tab/space/comma separator
- binary formats
